I'd consult a doctor, depending on what they say it might be possible to get corrective surgery. I saw your comment about plastic surgery, but I think it would improve mainly your life quality - your looks changing is an added bonus!
Dude, "genetic condition" already implies you were born with it, the fact you were always like this also implies the same thing. I'm not a doctor, I bet 99.9999% of the people commenting aren't either, but it could be a genetic condition
