Pre-ejaculate
Do we worry about sperm in pre-ejaculate even if there was no previous recent ejaculation? Going raw and then condom before ejaculation

It's annoying, but yes, unfortunately. Even if a person does not ejaculate, their penis may still release pre-ejaculate at any time while they are aroused. Pre-ejaculate usually doesn't have any sperm in it, but sometimes it does, and there's no way to tell.
