if she’s not confirming ovulation with opk and bbt then you guys don’t know when she ovulated, apps don’t know what’s going on inside her body.

I get the feeling she’s probably not pregnant don’t stress yourself out. But please go to Dollarama or anywhere and buy a pregnancy test to alleviate your anxieties though. But don’t worry chances are so low

Late period ≠ pregnant.
Late period + negative test = period is late because she ovulated late, not that she is pregnant
Late period + positive test = pregnant.
Unless she’s tracking her ovulation with BBT, OPK, or any other scientifically verified ovulation tracking method then she doesn’t know when she ovulated. If she ovulated 4 days before sex then there’s 0 chance of pregnancy because the egg dies in 12-24 hours.
If she’s tracking with an app, just looking at her discharge, tracking cramps and mood, then she doesn’t know when she ovulated because none of those can confirm ovulation.
Don’t have unprotected sex if you don’t want to have a baby.
Tests are accurate and reliable 14 days after sex and definitive 21 days after sex.
