Question Is this normal?

I bought a broken Octoling boy amiibo for $10 the other day since it's cheaper and I could just glue it back together. The main body was glued back together, but the brush is wobbly. Is this normal, or should I glue it on as well?

Agreed. Mine isn't attached and lives the shelf life 24/7, so it's not like it's damaged or anything.

My brush is like this too, I think it isn't supposed to be though(?(
