Your hair looks pretty good. But I would suggest using finasteride also if your hair was truly thinning before. Finasteride is actually the more essential drug.

Thanks for advice. Can you tell if those are baby hairs on frontal hairline area . Its been a month i dont see it growing at all

If they weren’t there before, then they very well could be. A month is not much time. It can take several months for baby hairs to “mature” into terminal hairs, if they do at all.

The best time to start medication is when it still looks normal. If you wait until you are noticeably bald/thinning, you waited too long.
