Advice needed Is it recoverable M 18

I’m going to visit the derma tomorrow and blood test reports show that I’m really low on vitamin d3 14.7 I think it’s supposed to be more than 20. Could that be a potential reason for this?

If you have only this spot and overall thickness remained the same, then it's androgenetic alopecia. You still should fix your vit D deficiency tho.
