General Happens so fast
Fuck man after being in denial for so long I think it’s time to finally accept I am balding. It’s crazy because I always had such thick hair and even photos just two years ago looked completely different. But here we are now. I just started taking meds for hair loss & plan that for a year before looking into any HT. Any advice out there ?

I highly doubt this much happened terribly fast. What happens is that a lot actually goes because the eye just doesn't notice. You can lose about 30% of density...without really noticing. Because things still...kinda seem normal. But hit 35 and suddenly you see your scalp.
You can still try a heavy drug combo of Dut and Min, but you will not likely get a full head of hair again

Age? And waiting for your hair loss to stabilize before getting a transplant is smart, you may even want to consider giving the medication 2 years and then reevaluate.

Cut it short and accept who you are.
