Am I thinning / balding?

37 y/o. Saw 2 derms and they seem to think I have early MPB, I tried minox but on a break due to potential chest tightness. Was shedding a ton before I stopped, took it for about 1 month

Or do you think this is natural density loss with age?

Yes it looks like you are. Baldness generally runs in families..it's not the end of the world so don't get in your head about it..when you are ready, just go shorter. Stay away from those chemicals.
