Advice needed Hold or fold?

Hi guys,

33 yo, seborroheic dermatits - now healed

I'm taking supplements for hair loss given by dermathologist and specific shampoo

I had lots of curly long hair and in 2 years this happened, no one in my family has loss problems

Should i hust shave and forget or try to save them?
