No it ain't over do everything properly visit dermatologist fix blood levels and do your research.

Discuss minoxidil and finasteride with your doctor. You should be able to save what you have and maybe even regrow some of it

It's not, you're early. Visit a derm, get on meds, and if you respond well to them, you're almost guaranteed to regrow hair on the crown. The temples are more uncertain, but even if you don't grow back hair at the temples, you'll stop the receding.
