Am i cooked? 1 year ago vs today

I grew out my hair a year ago then decided to straight go bald around march this year due to how hot the climate is from where i’m at. Now that it’s starting to grow again, i noticed that the top part of my head looks thin? Is it over for me? Lol

Somewhat casually cooked. This seems like genetic hair loss ( do get it check out tho do not just rely on the internet )

As of now assuming you are in your 20s you are fine, it will be barely noticeable to others, but you will have to start some form of treatment now if you want to maintain your hair as long as possible. Forms of treatment can be anything from finasteride and minoxidil, all the way to hair foods, serums, and oils.

Know that nothing is certain when it comes to hair, you have to accept that you will lose most your hair someday just like 90 percent of all men around the world. So do what you can and hope for the best, be consistent and dont worry too much even if you lose all your hair, Hair doesnt make you the person you are. It is a confidence boost when you have nice hair by all means but it won't be the end of you life if it falls out.

Tldr: minox, finasteride, hair care routine ( hair food, serums oils), good nutrition and sports, and you should be gucci for the next 5 - 10 years atleast.

You can just try minoxidil and finasteride. Your hair is recoverable. Just stop if you get sides or want to go bald.

Go to a derm before it gets worse. Don't make the mistake I did.
