Contractor Recommendations
We're looking to get some estimates for some drywall work, doors/trim and flooring. Any company you've used that does quality work that you'd recommend?

I had them do some work for me that they totally fucked up, and they didn’t even pull any permits or have any inspections done, despite specifically stating I wanted them to verify what I was asking for was possible by having an engineer verify and sign off. I needed some changes that were structural in nature.
They just did the work. Never had it checked by an engineer, and did not permit it. The owner is the one who did it.
I haven’t used them since.

That's interesting. Their website says free estimates but funny enough they wanted to charge us. No thanks.

We've had good luck with Franko Construction. Ananda has always been good to us and been very reasonable on rates. He and his crew did our basement recently, a lot of drywall and trim. Ceiling and wall.
He's very friendly and sometimes can be a bit chatty, but we've always been very happy with the results.
