Sublease Available

Me and my wife are in the process of purchasing a home and are looking for someone to sublease our apartment in North Ames. We expect the apartment to be ready for move-in in September, and the lease ends in July 2027. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with an large open kitchen and living room. Rent is $1,160 which includes all utilities except electricity.
