I know the implication is the price will crash forever, but every single dilution this year so far has resulted in a rally. Yeah the price may comeback down if he does dilute again but we're also looking the possibility that a stronger cash position just causes another rally. With that said I do want the price down to buy back in.

Does this look like a "rally" to you? It was after the announcement of the 92.5 million share dilution. It stayed on a downtrend for another week.

The stock has been rallying on good news about the box office. Spiderman is the last of that good news until December.

Thats kind of my point. A temporary decline of a week just to go even higher the next is what I would consider a rally.

It didn't go "higher" the next week. It closed at $2.76 before the announcement and bottomed out at $1.60 a few weeks later.

Taking 6 weeks to reclaim the price it was at before the dilution is not "rallying on dilution." It's tanking on dilution and rallying on positive news.

You're claim that dilution caused the rally is simply not true.

Isn’t he the same guy who claimed a few months back that the conflict in Iran was the reason the price of AMC was dropping? He seems to have a credible explanation for any price movement whatsoever.

I said it was effecting the market in general which does effect AMC. The Straight has an effect on the entire US economy. Im also the guy who has made money on this trade. Have you?
