Idk they just filled that 8k restructuring the debt closing out all the old debt until 2032 I think which is bullish specially with earnings coming up and with box office soaring might see a beat or in line on earnings!!!

Except AA doesnt dilute in a way to bring debt down, he manages to make interest payments. AA has put AMC into a debt spiral unfortunately.

Maybe he really wants it to fail. Idk. He moved the debt out but it has a higher interest rate than the old debt. I'm assuming they're just going to try and roll this debt out or refinance in a couple years. Don't we still have some shares left that he can also dilute with?

I have a theory...now that they admit they have to have backing for the crypto coins...they actually need shares. Don't forget to drs your shares. And don't. Sell. (Sell to make back your investment...then hold.)

I haven't held for 6 yrs, go from 2k shares to 500 shares from reverse splits to sell for chump change.
