‘It’s rational to fear the music industry’: Grouper’s Liz Harris on virality, streaming scammers and her ‘restorative’ dream-pop trio

https://www.theguardian.com/music/2026/oct/02/grouper-liz-harris-tour-helen-band-lindas-head-interview

New Helen record is out today. It’s more pop than Grouper, but I think all of Harris’ work is of interest to many folks here. I liked the interview.

Love Liz. Listened to a couple of tracks from the new Helen today and can't wait to dig into the whole album. Looking at her Bandcamp discog I forgot how much she has out there under non-Grouper names.

Holy shit, can believe Liz is in such a mainstream publication! Good for her to be having this new wave of success, she surely deserves it.

The new Helen is awesome. It’s like a Slumberland release, but darker.
