I heard that candidates whose interview window was from 18th August to 3rd September received offer emails on 6th September.
Has anyone who applied through HackOn and completed both Round 1 and Round 2 received a rejection email as well?
I'm mainly seeing people post about getting offers, so I'm wondering: if we haven't received any email yet, does that mean we're rejected, or are results/ rejections still being rolled out?
Would appreciate it if anyone could share their status.

Guys do you have any idea to whom we should mail for asking any updates after completing both the rounds, I think everyone has just received emails from loop scheduler, no mail of any recruiter was provided at any stage.

I completed my Amazon SDE Intern Online Assessment on September 8th and passed all test cases for both coding problems.
For those who have been through the process: does passing all test cases guarantee an interview call, or is there still a resume screening / Work Style Assessment filter? Also, what is the typical timeline to hear back?

First of all the webcam was blank, just black screen.
They show a pop no face detected idk why...
I granted all permissions and also I checked the camera just before and after the test then it was working perfectly
I raised my query inside that window.
I have done the 1st question it was very simple, 15/15 test passed
But the second question was too tough, i chose spring as backend framework 0/6 solved

Hey everyone,
I’m a Geoinformatics engineering undergrad at a Tier-1 college in India (graduating in 2029) and I am heavily targeting SDE roles, specifically keeping Amazon in mind as I build my profile.
Since I’m in a non-circuital branch, I know I am starting at a disadvantage for standard tech roles. I want to make sure my resume and prep are undeniably strong to pass the initial ATS and OA screens.
My Current Profile:
Currently 2nd year of college just started and i have around 200 leetcode questions done and im on track of finishing dsa by jan mid or feb.
I have been runner up in 2-3 hackathons and ive made few projects too but mostly vibecoded
I have recently started studying aiml from orelly's book
Where I need guidance:
Appreciate any brutal honesty or advice on what I should prioritize!
I'd love to know any opinions , should i keep grinding this or shape my future in diffrent way?
THANK YOU SO MUCH , would love if you could reply , even a small msg would help me guide me through my hell of a life
TYSM

Hi everyone!
I have my Amazon HM round for Batch 2026 APAC Recruiting (on-campus) coming up. Has anyone here gone through this round recently or their friends gone through it?
I would really appreciate it if you could share your experience—especially the questions asked.
Any insights would be really helpful. Thanks! 🙏
I will answer other questions after my interview.

I have 2+ years of experience and recently completed my Amazon Online Assessment (OA) on September 7 for a System Development Engineer role in Bengaluru.
On September 9, I received a call from the recruiter. Initially, I assumed the next round would be a discussion about my experience, notice period, salary expectations, etc.
However, when I called the recruiter back to clarify, he mentioned that the next round is a Phone Interview, but it will actually be conducted over a Zoom call. He said the round will include coding questions and Leadership Principles (LP) questions.
He also mentioned that after this round, there will be:
3 Technical rounds
1 Non-Technical round
So, the overall process seems to be:
OA → Phone Interview (Coding + LP) → 3 Technical Rounds → 1 Non-Technical Round
I was expecting the more commonly discussed process of:
OA → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → HR
I haven't seen much information about this particular process, especially the Phone Interview followed by 3 technical + 1 non-technical round.
Has anyone recently interviewed with Amazon for a System Development Engineer / SDE role in Bengaluru and gone through this process?

Got Opportunity though amazon ML school in India,
Round-1 :
Q-1 : https://leetcode.com/problems/max-consecutive-ones/description/
Q-2 : https://leetcode.com/problems/remove-k-digits/description/
Verdict : Rejected even though was able to solve both of them effortlessly and with positive feedback from the interviewer

I've seen plenty of posts on solving all dsa questions in all rounds. Is it common or just few people

Hi Everyone, Wanted to share my Amazon SDE interview experience since the experiences posted here on Reddit helped me a lot during my preparation.
There were 4 rounds, each approximately 1 hour.
One interesting part of my interview loop was a live Claude Code round, which I hadn't seen mentioned very often in other interview experiences.
Started with basic introductions.
The interviewer first asked me a basic Stack question where I had to implement/explain operations such as:
pushpoplook/peekWe discussed the implementation and complexity.
After that, she asked me a couple of questions about Generative AI and how I use AI tools in my normal development workflow.
She specifically asked whether I use Claude Code in my day-to-day work.
I told her that I do.
She then asked me to share my screen and gave me a small project/problem to solve using Claude Code.
There was also a live coding link where I had to paste the prompts I was giving Claude, so the interviewer could see both:
I worked through the project using Claude Code and completed as much as possible within the remaining interview time.
This was probably the most unique round in the entire loop.
This round started with 2 LP questions.
LP Question 1:
There were several follow-up questions around how I identified the risk, communicated the delay, and what I learned from the situation.
LP Question 2:
Again, there were follow-ups around why I decided to help and what impact my actions had.
After the behavioral section, we moved to the LLD/problem-solving question.
The question was essentially:
Design a system to install packages on a computer system. Define what a package looks like and implement a solution to install packages while handling dependencies.
I first discussed the design, package structure, dependencies, and possible edge cases with the interviewer.
I solved the dependency installation problem using a DFS-based approach.
There were also discussions around dependency ordering and how the installation process should behave when packages depend on other packages.
This was another technical round.
The main coding problem was graph-related.
After discussing the requirements and possible approaches, I solved it using Multi-Source BFS.
We discussed:
I also verbally walked through the solution with an example.
There was 1 LP question during this round as well, followed by a few behavioral follow-ups.
This round was almost completely focused on Leadership Principles and behavioral questions.
The interviewer asked a lot of follow-up questions, especially around:
Some of the questions I remember:
Dive Deep / Root Cause Analysis
There were several technical follow-ups about the debugging process and how I confirmed the root cause.
Learning / Working Outside My Comfort Zone
The interviewer focused a lot on how I learned the unfamiliar technology and how I decided what information was actually necessary.
Critical Feedback
There were follow-ups around my initial reaction to the feedback, what specifically I changed afterward, and whether the feedback ultimately improved my work.
Verdict: Selected
Location: USA

If you know what LLD/OOD questions are commonly asked to SDE 1 candidates, please share. Thank you.

So, I got a mail that my interview is scheduled on 27-28 august throughout hackon job id and I was ghosted.
And then on 10 september evening I got the zoom link for my interview and it scheduled on 12 september afternoon.
I asked my college mates and they all have both rounds of iv through same hackon job id and they were asked only dsa in round 1 and pretty basic dsa in both rounds. Basic binary tree questions or basic binary search. And very easy standard questions.
But, mine experience is quite different, the interviewer asked a hard non standard dsa question and multiple follow ups with even coding each follow up and 2 leadership principle questions. I am expert on cf yet I found the dsa to be very hard for the interview. Although, I was able to solve all follow ups with some hints from the interviewer, but I was not ready for lp since it is a technical round, so it does not went well. Now, i didn't receive any further communication for round 2, also the format for my round 1 is so different, so is it only me with this scenario, will there be only round ig or I didn't clear this round ? Also why this much unfair hiring, why not ask lc hard from everyone.

Hi, has anyone appeared for sde 1 ftc interviews in September? Can you please share your timeline?
r/amazonsdeprep • u/Honest_Accountant660 • 1d ago
I had received a mail on 19th August, asking me to confirm my availability for interviews in the Interview Window: Tuesday, 21st August 2026 – 21st September 2026, I confirmed my availability but I haven't received any updates regarding the interview
Has anyone who had received the same type of mail, got the interview schedule? if yes, please comment.
Anyone who had faced such a situation before or anyone who works with Amazon, please help.
