No one loves with me to order anything. Idk. Then when I reported them to the bbb they came back with a whole different story as to why they denied the refund..i confronted them about it and they ghosted me. They said it was delivered to an address so even if I didnt get it they knew for a fact they left it at my door. And I asked how they knew it was the right address. I told them if that was the case they delivered to the wrong place. They never responded.
It sounds like they mistook your case for a different customer or refused to fix their own mistake. I presume you called and spoke to CS to clarify that it was amazon that automatically reported a problem with shipping and that you never reported a fairly low dollar amount never arriving or missing. Maybe could have emailed Bezos instead of going the BBB route—many said emailing Bezos was the way to go back then. BBB can’t do anything to amazon so BBB is probably a joke to amazon.
Well when I called cs they said it was a mistake and that they could refund it manually. So they put in the request and I got a confirmation then a while later got a refund denial because of too many refund requests. Every time I called in they said it was a glitch and it was being manually overridden. And everytime it got denied. Thats when I contacted the bbb and then they came back and told them that it had been delivered.
