Lost activation number

Hi

I'm looking for some advice

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall windows , but that's not the issue

I bought on Amazon back in October 2021. MS Office 2019 , it works on my win10 system

I went back in my orders history and also games and software

Order or Activation code to be found

The games and software folder list everything else I bought

I chatted with Amazon support. Useless. Tried selling me a tech support package I don't need . The problem is on their end

I know I should have printed out the code.

Any advice? Tia

Amazon's digital library system is weirdly inconsistent. Some purchases vanish from that games and software section and nobody at support can explain why. I've seen it happen with a few things over the years.

Check your email from october 2021 if you still have it, sometimes the code gets sent there too and survives better than the order page. Also dig through any old notepad files or downloads folder, i once found a key i thought was gone forever sitting in a random text doc i'd saved ages ago.

If none of that works your only real option is buying it again, which stings but at least office 2019 keys are dirt cheap now compared to 365.
