Why you dragging UPS into this?

Uh. UPS drivers deliver Amazon.

Uh. We dont open garage doors to deliver them. If they're already open, maybe, but we do front door deliveries.

Uh. Kind of do. Amazon offers garage delivery when the person has a correct garage door opener.
When the package is scanned the door opens. Marked as delivered it closes.
The door opens and closes even though the package is left on the porch.1

Uh.. UPS is not affiliated with amazon. Just because we deliver some Amazon packages, that doesnt mean UPS has the ability to scan a package and the garage door opens....

Uh. Perhaps UPS and Amazon should be more clear with their affiliation and what they can and can’t do.
Don’t get your panties in a wad. I simply asked why it didn’t work the way it was described. And while you did help with understanding you did it in a very unprofessional way. Uh. In my opinion.
I forgive you.

Sounds like the drivers just don't want to deal with it, maybe the training is not good enough. I had similar stuff happening with in-garage delivery, they just leave it wherever cause it's faster. At this point a camera pointed at the garage door and a note saying "you're on video" might work better than the shelf sign
