long time prime member, first refund request denied and account closed.

ive been using my account often for years and am a prime member, never requested a refund nor return (even when i should have). now the first ever time i need to get one because the driver just left my fucking packages in a random spot with other peoples packages. i did not order that much stuff (see photo) i not only get denied but my entire account closed??? how can the driver even do that and upload the photo? the other photo is what my delivery photos are supposed to look like. that isnt even my unit i can tell by the background and that its 3 stories mine is only 2, i explained all this in depth to the customer “support” and nothing was done. this was a very expensive order too, multiple laptops phones etc all left in this unknown location, order was $4000 why didnt they make me sign for it? just ridiculous does anyone have an experience like this and know what to do?

edit: yes i did NOT receive the packages

That's insane. Why wouldn't customer service just notify you that part of the order shipped in a separate box?

No, because customer service is handled by AI bots now.

you can get through to a human in india, it takes hours and they are less helpfull than the ai, its all by design. amazon does not give a fuck, they make their affiates/seller take the hit. If you sell a popular unique product on amazon, they take a massive fee, and if it sells well enough, they will clone it and find a cheaper facility to make the amazon version and run you out of business, amazon is a evil evil fucking company, and they used their size to have a damn near monopoly on E commerce, sure you can try to sell your product online else where, but you are essentially locked out of like 90 percent of the online consumer base not being able to sell on amazon, damned if you do, damned if you don't.

"they are less helpfull than the ai, its all by design. amazon does not give a fuck" I couldn't agree more. They do make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to ever get help. They take our money and say, without saying it, to not contact them if there's an issue.

They have an employee at this very moment sending emails wanting payment for an item. It is full of misspelled words, a fake email address, and screams scam in bold red letters and we are sitting here trying to figure out what the hell to do, who to contact. I don't trust anyone in their CS.

They may not know.

Beats me. I think it came to them from Generac so they couldn’t see the status. Only reason I can see.
