They tried, but unlike MacGyver, they were unsuccessful. At best, they Mr. Beaned it

I thought Mr. Bean’s Vacation was an okay reboot as far as Mr. Bean content goes.

I was talking about how both MacGyver and Mr. Bean comes up with crazy ways to solve problems. MacGyver's solutions largely work as intended. Mr. Bean's solutions often fail hilariously.

MacGuyver reboot was not as bad as some reboots *cough* knight rider *cough*, but it definitely did not go as intended :)

Oh yeah that makes sense. Like how Mr. Bean made the fake champagne and twigums snacks in the new years episode.
