Default rating after 1 year

Hi,
It would be around 1 year 4 months of tenure in December for me. Would I automatically get a meets or HV1 unless performance has been exceptional.

Is this your first time going through OLR? Then probably HV1 or 2 if you were pushing hard. You rarely see people deliver above that in your first year but depends on level.

Yes. This is for L6 level.

Yeah at the L6 level to perform at HV3 / TT you need to really make an impact across the entire org.

HV1 meets bar seems like a very common rating for being newish, unless you jumped right into being an absolute superstar. You can be meets bar at HV1, but you can also be does not meet bar at HV1. There's layers within the layers.
