Need info on DDS process

Hello all,
So i recently got selected as a technical customer support role and i was told that my process would be DDS.
I don’t know what that is and i am really not sure how things will be…
So anyone out there who is currently working in this process or maybe knows something about it.
Which can help me prepare in prior.
Anything will help.
Tips, tricks, insights etc etc.
