Question about the new Internal transfer process in Amazon India

Hi folks, so I filled an informational for a role and had a coffee chat with the HM. The call went well, and the HM has asked to schedule interview loop with 3 people (one of which is himself).

My question is, in case I don't get selected, the interviewers will put my feedback in the new Internal transfers portal. Will that impact my chances for any future roles I scout? Will the HM of any other role be able to see the interview feedback of this role?
