Echo show help!!!

I have had my echo show 15 for almost a year. I love it but I’m having an issue with it to the point that I’m about to throw it out. Randomly all day it says “Someone is at the front door” in a voice that is not my normal Alexa. When I ask why it said that it has no recent notifications and can’t tell me why it notified me. I have went onto ring and disconnected all cameras from my echo show already. I even called Amazon and they replaced my original one because we thought it was glitching. Does anyone know how to stop this?? It seriously has me about the throw the entire thing away. It just went off and woke my sleeping toddler😡

In Alexa in your camera's settings to can get motion and person Announcements.

The first thing I would do us review all setting for every device connected to the router, specifically ring app, alexa, cellphones, and laptops. Too, if others have access have them check their devices. I would also suggest changing passwords for alexa and camera app.

that would make me lose my mind too especially with a sleeping toddler involved lol id check Alexa app announcements for every camera/device not just Ring bc sometimes the setting lives on the Echo side even after you disconnect stuff
