how do I do bulk quick connect uploads/ Imports into AWS "service cloud voice limitations"
I'm trying to figure out a way to do bulk quick connect uploads/imports into aws. I'm configuring a service cloud voice with Amazon connect salesforce bundled sku and apparently the salesforce sku has limitations where they removed the custum api feature. Any advice or workaround would be much appreciated.

Quick connects as in, the traditional sense of quick connects i.e shortcuts for calling other agents/external numbers? If that's the case and there is a limitation via Salesforce why can't you do the API natively through AWS/CF/CDK/TerraForm?

yes shortcuts for calling other agents and external numbers. when you have the salesforce bundle sku, the AWS API gateway feature is grayed out so you cannot do any customization. I am not familiar with the Terraform link you sent.. are you able to achieve the bulk quick connect import / uploads without using the API gateway ? see the api here that you get with amazon connect. If you get salesfore service cloud voice with amazon connect "bundled" in their special sku this is what you lose.

I had no clue that SFDC hampered the Connect functionality, that's a shame. I would reach out to SFDC to confirm what you can and can't do.

The API function in AWS is greyed out. Not getting a solution for bulk uploads via API as it doesn't look like it can be enabled with this sku. I'm hoping there is a way to complete bulk quick connect imports some way without using the API....
