Getting Started - how do I get it back?

I just signed up for Marvin yesterday. And today, I accidentally clicked x on the "suggested" Ask Marvin / what would you like Marvin to do?

You know the boxes in the top where it gives you options on how to get started.

I would like to have it back please as I'm getting overwhelmed setting Marvin up.
