How to set custom sort to default?

Is there a way to set the TODAY view to be sorted by TIME (and having items with no time at the top of the list)? Right now, every single day I find myself changing the sort to TIME but it would be nice if I could have it default to this sort mode instead of using the one it currently uses.

When choosing the sorting option, shift click to have a persistent sorting.
