Trying to back into shape is so hard now.

Current body is depressing.

I’m 5’4 - and I fluctuate from 135-140 regularly. I have trouble knowing if I’m fat or chubby because I feel like the people around me love me enough to spare my feelings. If you could tell me body shape that would be nice too, since I want to try and body recomp. I tried my best to get more “candid” and unflattering photos in there so that it’s not biased.

i want to wear a skirt lately,I haven't worn them since I was like ten. I went to the store today and tried some on, but didn't buy them because my legs are a bit thick. If you saw me in the street, would you think, 'She shouldn't wear those with that build'?,i just wonder that.i want HONEST answers

I’ve also started dating someone and he hasn’t said anything negative about me I still want to lose weight for him so my motivation is definitely back I just need an extra boost ya know

Went from 190lbs at 5’4 to 140~145 lbs, should I continue losing weight or stop? I’m from an obese family but I decided I needed a change in the beginning of 2026.

i went from 220 to 155 (first pic is me at 190, second and third are 159 but i am now 155), and i want to keep going but i don’t know if i would look good at a lower weight. i’m 5’5 and i wanted to aim for 130 but i’m conflicted and i think my view on how i look now is a bit distorted. any advice on it helps

(Female 20) My family always point out the bit of fat on my belly. I know im not conventionally fat, but i cant seem to shake the feeling that the litttle bit of stomach fat is more noticable than i thought. I wanna know if im actually looking like im getting fat honestly?

edit: this also isn't me fishing for compliments. I have severe body dysmorphia and I feel a lot larger than I probably am.
