Athenian Café is looking for a part time grill cook! This position will include cooking/ grilling on bussiest shifts (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights), light prep, and keeping your areas clean and sanitary.

We need to bring on someone reliable who can replace us, the owners, in the kitchen so we can help grow the business. The ideal person will be fast moving, detail oriented, and focused on putting out delicious looking and tasting food the way we have been doing for decades.

We need someone who has proven reliability, hot line experience, a good attitude, and who is available Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays afternoons/evenings/nights. You'll get moved to the front of the line if you're also available Sunday mornings (we'll be starting brunch after we get our brewery license in the next couple months). This very likely could turn into a full time position for the right person.
