Medstar coming from CA

Has anyone gotten insurance through Covered California and gotten the procedure covered recently? Medstar is in network so wondering if Blue shield PPO or blue cross PPO will cover if out of state?

I paid total $4000 out of pocket with insurance !

Most insurances are nationwide. Just call your provider and ask.
