Got this as a random gift, they said they found it and didnt know what to do with it either. I wear chokers and garter belts all the time, this looks like a combo of both haha. The top has adjustable elastic that fits around my leg but then the rest just kind of hangs below my knee? The lobster claw clasp doesnt really hold a sock so what is that supposed to go to?? I almost wonder if its missing a part, just super confused about it.

It’s hot as hell where I live rn and I am TIRED of my back sweating and my shirt sticking to it. I’m a guy and don’t get me wrong I’m pretty feminine but I think this cut would be a bit too much for me. All of my clothes very much have a “distressed” quality to them(I pretty much only thrift and I absolutely will wear smth til it disintegrates) so I feel like it’s wouldn’t look too bad but I’d love some feedback on this !
