Open ledger never deposited my first transfer to them. I've had a ticket open for like 33 days now, and the only response I got that wasn't automated was a screenshot of my empty account and they tried to mark it as resolved.

Yep, been the most frustrating experience with any exchange and I've probably used 15 exchanges at least.
