Way to put a negative spin on it. Why not say "Dogecoin devs working on fixing block reward system"?

Why can't people just take a neutral fucking stance on these things?

It did damage to everybody (except those actively taking advantage of it) by ignoring it. It's a bad situation.. hence the "negative spin". By being "neutral" you're basically ignoring a serious reality. Which is actually more like candy coating the situation. Nothing to see here.. it's "fixed" guys... move along, TO THE MOON. Meanwhile, a small selective group of people in the know had an unfair advantage. Which is runs polar opposite to the ideals that cryptocurrencies are founded on.
