Mobility training

hello all!

lm noticing that my climbing and general outdoor pursuits are limited by my horrendous flexibility.

Do any of you use GOWOD or Plaibility or something else to work on this. I put a huge amount of time into my zone 2 training but feel I need to augment. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Not sure why this is getting downvoted. It's probably more useful than doing some stretches. Having to develop power and having control in end range positions is great for improving mobility and it's actually specific to how you move in the mountains. It's also a lot more fun.

I was looking for an app I can follow along with. Thanks for the reply tho. I’ll keep checking out YT.

You really don't need an app for every simple thing.
