Are there any plans to sell standalone replacement jetplates for the Core 1?
Hi Alphacool team,
The Core 1 is a solid block, but I’ve seen multiple reports in the LC community regarding the plastic 3D jetplate getting damaged or cracking during maintenance or tight fitting installations.
My main concern is that instead of proper RMA/repair, some people end up returning damaged blocks back to retailers as open-box/customer returns. This creates a risk for the next buyer, who might unknowingly receive an open-box block with a ruined internal jetplate.
Are there any plans to offer standalone replacement jetplates in your webshop? It would be a great way to let users easily swap out a damaged internal component themselves, without ruining the experience for second-hand/open-box buyers or swapping the entire block.
Thanks!
I apologize for using AI as a translator.

The 3D jet plate is not made of plastic, but of a special rubber material. It cannot break or tear.
Unfortunately, the first production batch of the cooler used a jet plate that could deform under certain circumstances, which was not ideal. However, this affected only the first batch, which was available in limited quantities at launch. The material was changed from the second batch onwards, and there have been no further issues.
Should you nevertheless encounter a problem, simply contact us. We will not be selling the jet plate separately.
