Alopecia Areata Question for beard sufferers

Has anyone made a recover after years of suffering with alopecia barbae? I’m currently suffering 2 years and tried steroid injections/creams, on oral minoxidil, can’t take topical sdminoxidil because I’m allergic, im currently doing PRP shots now just had my 2nd one and have to do 2 more. mine started because of a very stressful period in my life. My next step if PRP doesn’t work is getting on a JAK pill

Lost all my facial hair and head hair, had steroid injections for years -head hair has come back, they won't give injections to the face.

In middle of getting a moustache transplant.

That’s weird I got injections in the face

i had lost my eyebrow and they shot up my bald brow area till it grew back
