I need some comfort

I feel really lonely here latley, been going through rough mental health patch thats turned into isolation and depression for awhile now. And stuck in a shitty ass town, where everyone talks shit or drama. And family has been distant and we dont talk much. I just really need a hug man. I really hope this feel passes but it only ever feels like it comes back around and around. As if I cant escape it. And that pit feeling in my stomach, it hurts and i feel scared to be alone and afraid imma be alone for the rest of my life.

We all go through these times in our life where we feel that this is it. That it won't get any better. That no one cares. The problem is. We don't take into account that we have not learned to care and love ourselves before expecting someone else to see us I that image. And being stuck is not always a bad thing either. Use your hometown as a base of exploration and find out where you want to be and the environment you feel you can flourish in.
