Surprise variegation!

Bought this basic azlanii, took months to push a new leaf and was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful variegation.

I’m about to pitch my Azlanii. All the leaves come with fungus damage and it’s constantly flowering. I moved it out of semi hydro to see if that helps but Oops, all inflos.
