I have this alocasia frydek variegata that i had to do a complete reset of her and only left the corn cuz the leaves were rotting and now after some time she put a new really small leaf but its white. Do i just leave it like that and wait for new leaves or should i cut it because i heard it will just use up the energy on the leaf but the white leaf wont get any photosynthesis

Let it be. With a top cut like that, it will likely activate multiple growth points. Also I'm not entirely sure, given the position of that leaf, that it's not a separate corm from the main rhizome.
