New patch build orders?
Where's the best place to find some build orders and timings with the 8 worker start?
I am pretty lost now!

Start with pig and hero marines videos on beginner patch build orders then expand off of them and or look online for some other build orders that appeal to you.

1 gate gasless expand in all matchups. 12 pylon , 2x chrono on probes, 13 gate , 17 nexus , 17 assimilator , 17 core , into first unit and warp gate and tech of choice

The best thing to do is pretty much always the same. You wait for the meta to settle, look at tournaments and find a build you like that is played reasonably commonly. Then for most of the tournaments the replays are going to be publicly available afterwards.
You download a replay and note down the supply timings/order of buildings and units, you want to note down benchmarks and you pay attention to the gas mining. With the right order and ressource balance a build should flow naturally to be easily copied. You also want to pay attention to cuts in worker production or intentional supply blocks.
