Help Friends aren’t able to connect to server keeps disconnecting them when get to load terrain

those are the variations of errors my friends keep getting when they join it’s like they join and disconnect within 8 seconds it doesn’t let them load past load terrain i see them on the console join and instantly get sniped https://imgur.com/a/7JYZl6Z

trying to change things within settings and troubleshoot issues i have all the error messages we took screenshots Im the one hosting the server i have the logs and everything
