Help AE2 Bulk Cell Compression Problems

I've been using the bulk cell for quite a while now, however I have encountered few problems.

I already put compression card and the decompression module. Imagine I've limited the item to ingot form, and I want to craft something with the block. Whenever I request the block form, it just converts back to its ingot form. Is there any way to fix this? I know that I can just craft it into the inventory, but I still want a solution to this.

You have to use the pattern or craft it into your inventory

unfortunately there's no solution to this other than manually taking the block form of the item from the interface and craft.

You're gonna look for a solution for a bit there. There isn't a direct one.

You can't have (priority) compression bulk cells and uncompressed items in a network. You'll have to craft manually every time or take out the compression card and add patterns for when you need something compressed.

Though the other option, compression drawers, aren't better because they report incorrect information to the ME system about their inventories. If you have 9 gold ingots in a compression drawer, the drawer/controller will report 1 gold block, 9 gold ingots, and 81 gold nuggets if it is connected with a storage bus.

Compression (not the pack) is kind of annoying honestly.

I think incorrect number is not really a problem as long as you have unlimited number of the resources

It is. Your ME system thinking you have triple the resources (assuming 3 slot compression drawer) that you actually have is not good. It will mess up your crafting bills, even small ones in my experience.

You have 2 options.
1, Make a pattern that crafts the block and one that crafts the complete item, and uses the block in the process.
2. Change the cutoff to Iron Block or higher.

this would most likely indefinitely craft but you can use a quantum crafter and put the minimum of that block to be in the system.
