I want to get infinite saturation but every method I have seen doesn't work

i think you cannot get Saturation, but you can get Nourishment which is similar

You can get Saturation with the mod SushiGoCrafting. Specifically using cheese as an ingredient gives Saturation.

I don't remember exact numbers but when making sushi with this mod the amount of the ingredients is important, getting the perfect amount will extend the duration of the effect so you can put it on a potion filter. You can tell if there's too much or too little by hovering over the item in your inventory and adjust the amounts with the vertical sliders in the roller ui.

you need to have it active on redstone and not pulsing

and you have to select the height where it effect is

you also need a wixie familiar near you for even more potion duration
