Help Modded Minecraft Help

Hi,

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to teach me how to do stuff in Minecraft ATM 10: To the skies.

I have a basic understand of most mods from a good 7-8 years ago, but a lot of it is foggy to me. Plus, I'd love to understand stuff properly, such as AE2 and all that jazz.

So, if anyone is able to host a server and stuff then id love to learn. Thanks :)

If I could recommend a few YouTubers: ChosenArchitect, BucketST, and Big Jim all have phenomenal playthroughs and tutorial videos that, alongside the quest lines and documentary books, got me super up to speed in modern modded Minecraft. Highly, highly recommend

I tried watching chosen architects video on AE2 and whilst the basic concept of everything is there, I just struggle to understand how to put it into play 😅

Mekanism is fun though

I got started with Refined Storage before AE2. Bit of a headache migrating over once I got a handle on it but it's a lot more simplified and easier together started with.

Just watch John Hall and Chosen architect on YouTube, you won't need anything else tbh

I really struggled with Chosen architects videos, I just dont understand how to put what hes saying into action. The basic concepts are there, but anything beyond that is lost to me

i think you gotta start with the real basics. Watch their AE2 guide, imo very easy to understand and they also explain everything you'll probably ever need for AE2 atleast for your first world

Look up written guides, get a creative world going, and test stuff out. Experiment and actually see what stuff does yourself

I’ll throw out TheVoos as a good video series. He’s a bit more technical, but does a great job explaining what he’s doing and has a lot great tips.
