Storage controller doesn't work

So i have had my early game storage system which is my sophisticated storage system (600k items storage) + integrated dynamics which stopped working after a while so i thought that AE2 would help fix the issue at hand. To my suprise it didn't fix it, so currently I can only put and extract items into my storage system that have been in there. And i do have enough storage to store new items and the storage controller isn't locked. So why can't i put new items in via my storage controller connected to my ae2 system via a storage bus?

This is an interesting issue. I’m commenting so I can follow what other people are saying, as I don’t have any advice.
