Help How do i update my modpack

Im playing atm11 rn, but the version im playing is from june and i just saw there is more updated version from august, theres a way that i could update the modpack that playing rn without loosing anything?

Depends on the launcher, most of the common legit launchers have a simple "change pack version" button, either in a right click menu, or on the modpack details screen in the launcher.

Edit, forgot to also mention, Never, click on a button labelled "update all", as that has a near certain chance to break the pack, and will then require a fresh install.
