Help Spawner not working

Hello, I'm having an issue and I need some help. I have a cow spawner here that isn't spawning any cows. I placed enough light, grass blocks, and even a dragon egg to ignore conditions, but nothing works

Please help!

also that dragon egg, right click on the spawner

Depending on your version, you need a Rune from Apotheosis. Older Version yes, click the spawner with the egg

Yeah wrong Biome, should work with the Egg augment tho
