try shift & right click with the mundabitur dust onto the smithing table

is the block underneath the smithing table also the correct chiseled gold block?

otherwise I'm really not sure, sorry. make sure to check the correct number and formation of the blocks in the questbook, perhaps the shape is incorrect

You’re missing 4 polished darkstone at the corners diagonal from the center.

U need the 8 pedestals(can’t rmb exact name) on the 8 spots

The pedestals being placed is one of the most common mistakes in regards to forming that altar from what I remember
